Cancellation Policy

At Hipster Group we are committed to providing the service possible! Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they often prevent another client from being seen. If you can not make your appointment for any reason please let us know as soon as possible.

 

When booking using our website; if you cancellation is made over 48 hours from the time of your appointment you will not be charge, if you cancel within 48 hours you still may be charged unto 50% of the service cost, and should you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If a stylist has determined that your service will exceed two hours and you have paid a deposit the same rules apply. If you have booked in using a discount code, please note cancellation/no show charges will be based off the service at full rates.
